So, let&#8217;s take a look at some of them!<br \/>\nWe asked Aureo employees what ingredients they put in ozoni and the style of mochi they use! Zoni with Miso<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aureo.co.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/315378_l-768x512.jpg\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\">\u2606 Ingredients (2~3 servings)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>600 ml water<\/li>\n<li>6 pieces dried kombu (kelp)<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)<\/li>\n<li>5 tablespoons miso of your choice<\/li>\n<li>Ingredients of your choice<br \/>\n(Example) Radish 100g<br \/>\n100 g carrot<br \/>\n6~8 taro<br \/>\nKomatsuna greens, as desired<\/li>\n<li>2~3 rice cakes of your choice<\/li>\n<li>1 bag of <strong>Aureo \u03b2-glucan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><strong>\u2606 How to make<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put water in a pot and add knotted kelp.<\/li>\n<li>Cut daikon and carrot into chunks, peel satoimo, and put them in the pot and heat.<\/li>\n<li>When the root vegetables are cooked and tender, add mirin, miso, and Aureo \u03b2-glucan.<\/li>\n<li>Put the komatsuna and rice cake from \u2461 in a bowl and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"ttl\">It is like an exotic New Year&#8217;s Day! Korean Kuppa-Style Ozoni<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aureo.co.jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/IMG_4580-768x576.jpg\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><strong>\u2606 Ingredients (2 to 3 servings)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 ml water<\/li>\n<li>100 ml of the rehydrated soup stock of dried shiitake mushrooms (A)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 or 3 leeks<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 leek<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 carrot<\/li>\n<li>4 dried shiitake mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>Dried wakame seaweed, to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 or 2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>A few handfuls of Korean laver<\/li>\n<li>A dash of white sesame seeds<\/li>\n<li>6 rice cakes of your choice (this time I used Korean rice cake &#8220;tteok&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>1 bag of <strong>Beta Glucan EX (Aureo Beta Glucan)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff99;\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water.<\/li>\n<li>Cut chives into 3-4 cm and carrots into strips, and fry lightly in sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li>Put water and [A] in a pot and heat.
